1. Use of Site

Violaine Jewelry grants you a limited license to access and use this website for personal shopping and information purposes. Any unauthorized use, including reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use this site. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

 

3. Products & Preorders

We offer rings and accessories made from a variety of materials including 925 sterling silver, 999 fine silver, plated metals, cubic zirconia, and freshwater pearls.

 

Preorder Items:

Some of our pieces, including handmade crystal bracelets, are available for pre-order. These are either made-to-order or sourced with care to ensure quality and uniqueness.

 

Estimated Timelines:

• Handmade Crystal Bracelets: Ship within 1–2 weeks from the order date.

• All Other Pre-Orders: Typically ship within 3–5 weeks, though some may take longer due to sourcing or production schedules.
  If any unexpected delays arise, we’ll do our best to notify you in advance.

 

Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, materials may already be in use or reserved, and the order cannot be canceled. Please email us at violainejewelries@gmail.com to cancel pre-orders.

 

Mixed Orders:
If you purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in a single order, we’ll typically ship everything together once all items are ready. If you'd like in-stock pieces shipped first, please contact us — additional shipping charges may apply.

4. Pricing & Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless specified.

 

5. Shipping

• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $40.

• Orders under $40 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee.

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged. Please note that all handmade items are made-to-order and created specifically just for you. Due to the personal and custom nature of these pieces, handmade items are not eligible for return or exchange. Each product page will clearly indicate if an item is handmade.

 

For damaged items, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. If approved, we’ll offer a refund or replacement and cover return shipping.

 

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

7. Disclaimers

Materials:

Product listings include detailed material descriptions. Please note:

• Not all items are solid silver or gold.

• Many designs feature plated copper, bronze, or alloy.

• Items listed as 925 or 999 silver will be clearly labeled.

If you have metal allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend choosing our genuine silver offerings.

By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
